Shipping & Delivery
Thawadar ships worldwide, subject to courier availability and local regulations. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated Delivery Times
UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders usually arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or public holidays.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Issues & Responsibility
Thawadar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thawadarboutique.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded. Returned parcels may incur additional re-delivery fees.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Items marked as pre-order or made-to-order will have specific delivery timelines listed on the product page and will be dispatched once production is complete.
