2. Bespoke and Made-to-Order Products
All our products are bespoke and made to order. Each item is crafted specifically for the customer based on their chosen design, fabric, and specifications.

3. Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

  • Production time for bespoke items is up to 21 days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

 

4. Payments

  • All prices are listed in pounds and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payments via all visa debit, Mastercard/American express and Paypal 

 

5. Returns and Cancellations

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase; otherwise, the order will proceed to production.

 

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

 

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on our website and social media are the property of Thawadar Boutique and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

 

8. Liability
Thawadar Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to assist in resolving delivery issues.
